BioI'm a librarian.
I work in a public library as a readers' advisor. So I'm the one to come to if you want to find a good book. And "good," here, is defined as "good for you." I make no judgments on reading tastes! I have mine, you have yours, and I'm paid to tell you what you might like but haven't found yet.
I'm completely in love with an amazing guy, who doesn't even seem to realize just how amazing he is. But that's my job...making sure he doesn't ever forget it. So anyway. Long story short. Don't bother hitting on me; I'm not interested.
I have a cat who lives in my house, eats my food, and follows me around but doesn't really appreciate me. I also have a cat who visits me sometimes, eats my food, and wants little more than to take a nap on my lap once in a while.
I read. A lot. But somehow, every day a patron asks me about a book I haven't read. I know it's impossible to have read everything, but I'm trying my hardest, darn you!
Sometimes I take pictures of flowers and squirrels and other people. Mostly I take pictures of myself. Solipsism is fun, doncha know. Once I took a picture of the ass-print I'd left on the couch after spending too long on my laptop without moving.
I like to eat organic...and local if I can swing it. I'd like to learn to make my own cheese, and I make really good bread. My husband makes really good grilled cheese sandwiches. We were meant for each other, it's obvious.
